Final Festivities of 2016

The students and staff spent December 21st celebrating the start of Christmas break. The day began with a whole school viewing of the clay-mation classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer followed an advent prayer service where Religion teacher, Phil McCarren and student representatives led the school in the O-Antiphons followed by a hearty round of Christmas carols. The festivities then moved to the AAC where the concert choir shared some favorites from their 2016 holiday performance before the classes competed in a spirited set of reindeer games, where the Class of 2020 achieved an upset victory, even defeating the faculty in a blindfolded run to the finish. The true spirit of the season of giving then filled the gym as the KK gift exchange and holiday hugs and well-wishes ended the pre-holiday event. The day, hosted by the Class of 2020, proved to be an exciting and entertaining way to end the year!
