Fantasy Football

Over the first three weeks of the NFL season, there have been some exiting and unexpected fantasy stats. The MVP for fantasy football so far would have to be Steelers receiver Antonio Brown who has a total of 46 points in the last three weeks. Fantasy owners made an excellent choice in selecting Brown. Tom Brady is also doing an incredible job. After his first three games, Brady has nine touchdowns, 1,112 yards and zero interceptions, for an outcome of 55 points! Brady’s teammate is having a just as successful season. As always, Rob Gronkowski is a monster of a tight end on the field. Gronk has scored a total 44 points so far.

All of the fantasy owners of the players above should be very pleased with their player’s results, but at the bottom of the league are the busts. The busts are the players that make owners scream at their laptops and stare in awe. Former Saints (now Seahawks) tight end Jimmy Graham scored a low total of 12 points. Buffalo Bills young receiver Sammy Watkins scored dwindling amount of 12 points as well. The biggest bust of all though, would have to be running back Demarco Murray. Murray led the league in rushing yards last year with the Dallas Cowboys. Most fantasy owners figured he’d have another exiting season this year, but they received opposite. Murray has a total of only 19 unpleasing points.

With these busts, the NFL season has brought some unexpected results. So far it has been an entertaining season and will hopefully continue to be one. For those who have drafted some unpleasant fantasy busts, good luck!
